Abstract
Recent pharmacological advances have improved quality of life for many people with schizophrenia, but the use of these medications also puts people with this disease at great risk for obesity and its associated comorbidities. Although the health benefits and low cost of exercise interventions are well known, providing such interventions to people with schizophrenia presents many challenges for clinicians.
