Abstract
The purposes of this part of the Tennessee study were to determine:
1. What changes occurred in size of flocks, and to analyze the economic importance of these changes.
2. The importance of market egg outlets for farmers by months
3. The seasonality of prices received by farmers, by size of flock and type of market outlet.
4. The seasonality of egg prices received by first buyers.
5. Some practices of market egg producers by size of flock.
