Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine, for competitive purposes, the respective temperature and humidity conditions of a Solar, Windowless, and Conventional type broiler house. As previously mentioned, there are many environmental factors, such as light, temperature, humidity, and ventilation which probably could affect the growth of broilers; however, it is commonly thought by poultrymen that temperature and humidity affect the growth of broilers more than the other factors stated. For this reason, those concerned with this research project were of the opinion that temperature and humidity conditions should be studied first. Investigations and studies of the other factors will more than likely be conducted at a later date.
