The Journal
The Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy is a student-run publication that is published twice yearly with special issues occasionally. The first issue was published in Fall 2004.
The Journal analyzes the latest developments in law and public decision-making. It explores areas touching on a number of disciplines and attracts readers from a variety of professional interests. By publishing essays and commentaries, in addition to traditional scholarly articles, the Journal offers a unique addition to the scholastic environment of the University.
Annual Symposium
The Journal, supported by the University of Tennessee Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, hosts a symposium each year on a current policy issue.
