5th Annual Black Issues Conference, 2010
Black in America: How Far We Have Come...Yet, So Far to Go
The purpose of this conference is to offer a forum for research and discussion of issues affecting the African-American culture. The conference is open to everyone, and is scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Carolyn P. Brown University Center at the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. This year's theme is, “Black in America: How Far We Have Come…Yet, So Far to Go.” This is the 5th year for the annual conference, and it has grown to become a stellar conference under the coordination and collaboration of several groups.
