Abstract
Working women are too often cast under an unglamorous light and inevitably asked how they juggle their career with a family at home. Traditional gender roles trap young women into feeling like they have to make a decision between the two. This is not the case. Women should feel confident to be leaders in their workplace and get the support they need at home at the same time.
