Abstract
The publication that follows, Guidelines for Aiding Tennessee Municipalities in Securing Insurance Bids, and a similar document prepared for county officials by UT's County Technical Assistance Service, are intended to provide: (I) an easy-to-understand narrative discussion about bidding, coverages and types of insurance; and (2) a set of sample specifications.
