Abstract
An exploration of the services and impact of MTAS on the cities and towns of Tennessee as the agency celebrates its 40th anniversary. Interviewees include former TML Executive Director Joe Sweat, UT Board of Trustees member Bill Johnson, Oak Ridge Mayor Al Bissell, Knoxville Mayor Leonard Rogers, MTAS Executive Director Vic Hobday, and TML Executive Director Herb Bingham.
