Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine how the departments of vocational agriculture in certain schools of Tennessee are planning and conducting supervised farm practice programs.
With the development of the ability of the farm boys enrolled in vocational agriculture to plan and carry into operation enterprise on the home farm or on other farms where satisfactory arrangements have been made, there has been, in recent years, a gradual shifting from the mere project in vocational agriculture to a wider selection of farm enterprises that will enable the boy to plan and coordinate the enterprises into a unified supervised farm practice program.
