Abstract
The basic definitions and properties of the Voronoi tessellation and Delaunay triangulation are introduced. A computer program for generating the tessellations was developed. Related work and applications of these tessellations are discussed. Some alternatives for the algorithm and enhancements to the computer program developed in this work are identified.
