Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the perceived freedom in leisure between HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS. Sub-problems included:
- Determining the perceived leisure competence of HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS.
- Determining the perceived leisure control of HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS.
- Determining the leisure needs of HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS.
- Determining the depth of involvement in leisure experiences of HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS.
- What is the difference in perceived leisure competence between HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS?
- What is the difference in perceived leisure control between HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS?
- What is the difference in the leisure needs between HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS?
- What is the difference in the depth of involvement in leisure experiences between HIV positive individuals and persons with AIDS?
