Abstract
This Technical Bulletin outlines a procedure for securing bonds from subdividers. Included is a sample agreement for completion of required subdivision improvements and sample escrow agreement. MTAS is indebted to City Manager Harold Pumford, Union City, TN, for supplying the information for this bulletin.
