Abstract
This Technical Bulletin was originally published by the County Technical Assistance Service. It is equally applicable to elective city officials and was therefore reprinted by MTAS for their information and guidance about the conflict of interest disclosure law. Included is a sample form for conflict of interest disclosure statements.
