It includes actual data about and from existing farmers markets in Tennessee. These data include revealing testimonies, quotes, comments and input from vendors, managers and shoppers. It contains information about facilities and a useful orientation to policies, rules and guidelines. Other operational issues are highlighted too. Many concepts and issues are further explained through the examples in the appendices.
