IPEN (Institute of Nuclear and Energy research) signed a cooperative agreement with the Institute for Nuclear Security at the University of Tennessee in October 2015. Inter-institutional graduate programs not only strengthen cross-cultural ties, but they also promote exchanges of ideas that ensure a safer world.
