Final Report to the National Science Foundation

This Report summarizes the progress and activities of the Tennessee Innovation Group during the period of May 1980 through July 1981. Together with the Report prepared for NSF in April 1980, it should provide a comprehensive overview of the three-year local government technology innovation effort undertaken by the University· of Tennessee through the Tennessee Innnovation Group.
