The overall objective of this study is to present information pertaining to fiber testing by cotton spinners in Tennessee.


The Specific objectives are to determine the:

1. Nature and use of fiber test data by spinners in Tennessee.

2. Practices used in fiber testing.

3. Cost of fiber testing.

4.Fiber test results of specified properties.
