Abstract

A current transformer testing set utilizing the null method was constructed by the authors, £. Dempsey Jones and W, David Dishner, for the following reasons; primarily they were interested in electrical metering, having been associated with the meter department of the Tennessee Electric Power Company, and the East Tennessee Light and Power Company respectively; and secondarily they desired to produce something which would be of permanent benefit to the University of Tennessee by the addition of this set to their laboratory equipment.
