The University of Tennessee’s Center for Information and Communication Studies (CICS) conducted a standard usability study for the DataONE website (www.dataone.org). The study focused on new users to DataONE, for example, those who heard about DataONE in a presentation and want to learn more. This report discusses the finding and provides suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
