Selected aspects of the administrative-supervisory role of county extension directors

More precisely, the study was undertaken: 1. To investigate the administrative-supervisory role of persons administratively responsible for cooperative Extension work in the counties in the United States and Puerto Rico. 2. To compare the administrative-supervisory roles of county Extension directors in states having a similar administrative organization to that of Tennessee with those having other organizational patterns.
