Abstract

The subject selected for this paper is the general distribution light throughout the auditorium of the new Second Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Church and Walnut Streets, Knoxville, Tenn, The idea is to take the lighting plans which they have and, using the curve of the lamp which the specifications calls for, calculate the intensity of light at a number of points on the plane where the light is most needed.
