Abstract

This thesis, as the title indicates, deals with the effect of temperature changes and stray fields upon the accuracy of the mercury-motor, direct current watthour meter. Most of the work along these lines has been done on the induction type of watthour meters, however some data is obtainable on the mercury-motor meter.
