Abstract

Economic Development Administration regulations for use of 1977 Public Works Employment Act funds require that 10 per cent of each grant must be spent with minority enterprises. MTAS reprinted this list of Tennessee minority businesses, by types, supplied by Mitchell Parks, EDA representative.
