Abstract

The object of this study has been to explain the faults of our land tenure system and how they affect the farm population and the whole nation. When we suggest a program for its improvement, our goal is social justice. The maintenance of a healthy peasantry which will help to make a real progressive agriculture and industry, a wholesome, well integrated community, democratic government, and a healthy and progressive nation.
