Abstract
This thesis proposes the use of parking management tactics for the Central Business District of the City of Knoxville, Tennessee. An incremental logit model is used to assess the impacts of parking management tactics on a sample of home based work trips. The model used showed that parking management tactics can produce reductions in vehicle trips for the sample.
