Hot Topic: Public Chapter No. 425 and Its Effects on Unmanned Traffic Enforcement Cameras

Effective July 1, 2011, cities must conduct a traffic engineering study prior to the installation of a new unmanned traffic enforcement camera and adhere to posting and ticketing provisions.
