Abstract
The poems found in "Dragons Never Sleep" are divided into five sections and deal mainly with memory and relationships. The poet begins with childhood in the first section, recalling her relationship with parents and grandparents. Sections two, three and four explore her relationship with herself, with lovers, and with women, respectively. The final section is a conglomeration of relationships, including friends, lovers, acquaintances, strangers, self and one cat.
