Hot Topic: Formula Rate of Interest Changes to 8.25% on Delinquent Taxes Collected or Administered by the State of Tennessee

The rate in effect for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, has been set at eight and one-quarter percent (8.25%), which is a decrease from last year.
