The Environmental Technical Assistance Group First Quarter Report to the Tennessee Department of Health and Environment - Division of Superfund

In 1986, the Tennessee. Dept. of Health and Environment contracted with IPS to provide environmental management technical assistance to local governments. MTAS and CTAS formed the Environmental Technical Assistance Group to provide Tennessee cities and counties with assistance on inactive hazardous substance site cleanups.
