2013 Annual Report

This annual report highlights the mission and goals of MTAS and how it worked towards those goals in 2013. Projects discussed include the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department's "Good to Great" initiative; assessment centers conducted in McKenzie, Signal Mountain, and Goodlettsville; and improved parking in Knoxville's central business district.
