Abstract

This subject should be of interest because of the great importance of the current transformer in electrical measurements. By means of the current transformer, tests can be made on alternating current apparatus which is subject to high currents.

The thesis involves mostly the making of an apparatus for determining the ratio of transformation of the current transformer.

The subject was choosen and apparatus made, so that after completion it could be used as a part of the electrical laboratory equipment.

The major portion of the time involved the making and adjustment of the apparatus.
