This project includes both the actual application and the paper discussing the app1ication of strategic p1anning to the marketing of Golf C1assic, an annua1 Kappa Delta Sorority event benefiting Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA). The structure of the paper follows the basic model of strategic planning that begins with analysis., then objectives and moves to strategy and tactics.

The analysis discusses the history of Kappa Delta and PCAA and the relationship between the two organizations. The objectives section establishes goals for the golf tournament in 2006. The strategies and tactics segment explains how to reach those goals. The final section of the paper discusses the results of the event and an appendix will display promotional materials and pictures from the months leading up to the event.
