Technical Bulletins: Surplus Personal Property of State Agencies Now Available for Purchase by Tennessee Cities

By action of the 1973 Tennessee General Assembly, surplus personal property of state agencies was made available for purchase by Tennessee cities, counties and other agencies of the state.
