Abstract
The object of this thesis was to make a complete test of the refrigerating plant of the Atlantic Ice Company. In making preparation for the test it was found that it was not possible, due to the arrangement of piping to cut out the various units from the exhaust pipe and thus find their steam consumption. The amount of ammonia circulated also could not be waived, which would have to be known in order to determine the ice making capacity of the plant.
