Abstract
A baseline timing database and description of a representative data acquisition and control network was developed. This database provides the information needed to make decisions about the network and a way to evaluate future modifications to the network. The data acquisition systems are described and their response time characteristics are presented. Also presented are the recommendations for improving the performance of the network.
