Abstract

This report presents a program named INGRID which aids in the preparation of models for finite element programs. An expanded I, J, K indexing scheme is provided to minimize input data. Algorithms for duplicate node removal, structure plotting, and hidden surface removal are presented to improve computational efficiency.
