Ideas for a Better City

This publication is a roundup of items which have appeared in the Technical Section of Tennessee Town & City under the heading of "Notes from the Editor," edited by Cecil Morgan, Consultant on Property Tax Assessment. In it we have turned the spotlight upon new products, new ideas, and new solutions for some of the many problems which confront municipal officials. The "Notes from the Editor" column is a collection of short briefs of municipal interest, extracted from some 125 publications received by MTAS. We have prepared this compilation as a sort of "catalog of municipal ideas," in the hope that it will be useful to Tennessee municipal officials.
