Municipal Court Guide

This guide is a compilation of fifty-one topics which deal largely with procedure rather than with substantive law. Much of the content is from the laws of Tennessee and in most instances the language of the law is used. Preparation of this guide was rendered difficult because of the many areas relating to the functions of the city court which are not covered by either statute or case law.
