Abstract
The purpose of this study was to ascertain the basic attitudes of Oak Ridge School System educators toward their professional liability exposure and how those attitudes varied according to the attributes of responding educators.
This study revealed that, though some variable was noted when viewing responses by attributes, no specific trends were identified which could link differences in any of the responses to any particular attributes of the responding educators.
