Economic levels of forage and grain production on dairy farms in East Tennessee

Faced with the aforestated problem there are three definite objectives of the study. The first major objective is to determine as accurately as possible the most economical rate of forage production on dairy farms. Another important objective is to determine the most economical rate of grain production on dairy farms. The third objective which is related to each of the proceeding objectives is to determine how much grain and/or concentrates should be purchased.
