The relation of the soil reaction to certain other soil properties

The purpose of this study is to determine the relation of the reaction (pH) of several Tennessee soils to the cation exchange capacity of both the organic and mineral portions of the soil, the percent organic matter, the percent clay and the percent base saturation.
