Handicrafts in Sevier County, Tennessee

The Problem: It was the purpose of this study to find out what handicrafts are produced in this County, and whether they are produced for market or only for home use. For the handicrafts produced for market, does the producer get a fair return for his time, effort, and skill? To what extent are high standards of craftsmanship maintained and methods are being used for the training of workers?
