Abstract

We need more Black millionaires. Many sisters and brothers launch their side business without taking advantage of setting them up as corporations. This can present limitations that can be avoided by taking the step to incorporate sooner than later. The range of advantages for entrepreneurs include; better access to capital, tax benefits, and continuous employment to name a few. Let's explore the pros, cons, and possibility of thinking big with small business.
