A poster presentation was prepared to illustrate the project carried out in the lab of Dr. Dean Kopsell. The project for this internship was an extension to the Garden Obesity Project where middle school students plant vegetables and test them for nutritional analysis. For the internship, example paper slide videos were created as examples for students to follow.
