Abstract
While the enrollment question has been discussed and wondered about, it has not been determined what kinds of public relations methods are being practiced by the schools with large increases in enrollments. By documenting the methods schools have used while their enrollments have increased, more knowledge will be available to help determine why some schools are seeing increased enrollments while others are failing.
