An economic and financial analysis of 77 local farmers cooperatives affiliated with the Tennessee Farmers Cooperative

The objectives of this study are:

1. To examine the financial statements of local cooperatives affiliated with the Tennessee Farmers Cooperative to:

a. describe and analyze the current financial structure and determine the relative financial condition of 77 local farmers cooperatives.

b. study trends of selected organizations for relationships affecting operational efficiency.

2. To describe and compare factors relative to managerial efficiency and ability.
