Technical Bulletins: NASA-Developed "Power Factor Controller"

This Technical Bulletin provides information about a "Power Factor Controller," on which NASA owns the patent. According to NASA's Tech Brief MFS-23280, this device saves power on most electric motors, ranging from 65 percent in a no load condition to zero under full load.
