Abstract

The objectives of this study were:


1. To determine the minimum land requirements for a $5,000 return to operator's labor and management under alternative cotton price allotment combinations in the Brown Soil Area of West Tennessee.

2. To determine the effect of changes in land and labor prices on minimum land requirements.

3. To determine the amounts of other resources needed in the optimum arrangements.
