Intro To Scholarly Communication

This presentation seeks to provide introductory education on the basics of scholarly communication for academic faculty, staff, and students. Learning objectives include the following: define and understand the term "scholarly communication;" examine relationships between librarians, publishers, and authors; discover the research lifecycle; review publishing questions: copyright: open access, and scholarly publishing literacy.
