Technical Bulletins: FLSA: New Legislation Lessens Impact

Signed into law November 4, 1985, new legislation postponed the application of FLSA' s overtime and recordkeeping requirements until April 15, 1986, and precluded liability for any violations of those requirements occurring before that date.
